Meet Theresa

Diamond Realty founder Theresa Robledo has a distinct flair for handling modern real estate with skill and determination. She’s renowned for her ability to listen to her clients’ needs, and she’ll go to great lengths to ensure they’re satisfied. Theresa has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and a licensed broker since 2010, so she has the industry expertise to walk her clients through complex transactions. Her boundless energy comes from her passion for helping others — she never settles for less than excellence, and she advocates fiercely for those in her care.

Theresa’s interest in real estate was piqued when she worked on construction defect cases as a paralegal. As she prepared those cases, she became fascinated with viewing properties and gathering exhibits to be used in court. She regularly draws upon her legal resources to guide clients through complex real estate proceedings, and she handles all situations — including the high-pressure ones — with unmatched professionalism and precision. Her diligence and dedication ensure that there’s no transaction too difficult for her to handle.

Theresa serves a diverse clientele, from first-time homebuyers to veteran real estate investors. Whatever their goals, her clients have her undivided attention. To boost her management acumen and improve her ability to represent clients, Theresa has successfully completed a leadership and negotiation course with Harvard Law School. As an added benefit to clients, she is also a notary public.

As a lifelong resident of Ventura County who graduated from Buena High School, there’s little Theresa doesn’t know about the community. Her love for planning and being on the go doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. She enjoys hosting parties, taking trips, and visiting Major League Baseball stadiums. Theresa is also currently involved with local organizations such as the Ventura County Garden Club, serves as a Board Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley, and is involved with California Women for Agriculture. She is also a community supporter for many organizations, including: Rotary Club of Fillmore; Fillmore Athletic Booster Club; Kids in Agriculture throughout the Santa Clara Valley; Sespe Creek Car Show; Safe Passage Heals; AYSO; Various Softball/Baseball leagues in our community; Soroptimist International; Career Day within our school district; Bautista Medical Group Annual Golf Tournament; Fillmore Firefighters Annual Golf Tournament; Ventura County Sheriff's Department K9 Annual Golf Tournament; and the Boys and Girls Club Annual Golf Tournament.
