Meet Henry

As a former cement mason journeyman, Henry Robledo guides buyers and sellers with knowledge that surpasses the average real estate advisor. Since 2009, Henry has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to his clients, using his expertise, practical approach, and problem-solving abilities to achieve their goals.

 

As a cement mason, Henry helped bring projects to fruition for residential and commercial developers, including hospitals, bridges, water diversion dams, shopping centers, and track homes. Henry is an ASHI-certified home inspector, a certified carrier HVAC electrical, and EPA-certified. His real estate career began after honoring an agreement with his wife that he would become an agent if she obtained her broker’s license. By blending his wife’s legal background with his construction background, Henry can educate his clients on legal matters as much as on the integrity of a home. The bulk of his clients vary from first-time buyers to seasoned investors; he ensures they always receive exceptional care through his honesty and hard work and by always listening to their needs.

 

Henry likes to spend his downtime with his family, which includes his grandchildren. He enjoys antique cars, spontaneous getaways, learning how to salsa dance, cooking, and expanding his culinary tastes. Henry also finds time to give back through Boys and Girls Clubs of Santa Clara Valley, Safe Passage Heals (a domestic violence nonprofit), and community events throughout Fillmore and Ventura County.
